Dear friends, clients, associates, counselors, management, co-workers and persons connected with EuroEspes,
This year we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the founding of EuroEspes. In February 1991, a group of Founding
Members decided to set in motion a new standard for a company offering Medical Services, Scientific Research
and Dissemination of Knowledge, with a broad shareholder base so that everything which might have been given
to us by society, at any time, could be returned to the society which had granted us its trust.
Since then, EuroEspes has grown slowly and sedately, gaining value until the present time, without straying from
its foundational goals.
At the EuroEspes Biomedical Research Center, via the Institute for CNS Disorders and Genomic Medicine, we
provide cutting-edge medicine and personalized treatment based on the knowledge obtained from the human
genome.
At EuroEspes Biotechnology, our scientific and industrial division, we develop new nutraceutical bioproducts,
based on non-denaturing biotechnological processes, and we move forward in the understanding of diseases and
the most suitable way of treating them by means of new genomic and pharmacogenomic technologies.
At EuroEspes Publishing we are preparing the first World Guide for Drug Use and Pharmacogenomics, which
will be published soon as a world first; the magazine "Gen-T (The EuroEspes Journal)" is published regularly, in
both its national and international editions; and we also publish the "Research Reports", which compiles the
scientific production of the EuroEspes Group.
The EuroEspes Foundation employs its resources in the popularization of science and the dissemination of
knowledge, supporting the EuroEspes Annual Conference, and backing initiatives for educational, scientific and
industrial development.
The EuroEspes Chair of Biotechnology and Genomics is our educational and academic platform at Camilo José
Cela University, for the promotion of knowledge by means of programs such as the Master in Health
Biotechnology or the Doctorate Program in Genomic Medicine.
Ebiotec-Mexico is a branch of our international division, which stretches from Spain to EU countries, North
America, South America and Asia, where our biotechnological products and the EuroEspes Pharmacogenetic
Card are finding their niche in the market.
Now, to celebrate our 20th anniversary, we want to take a step further, by joining the "Mercado Alternativo Bursátil"
(Alternative Stock Market) as a Listed Company, in order to bring a small portion of our capital to the attention
of those new investors who wish to participate in our policy of progress.
It is my wish, at this pleasant conjuncture, to grasp this opportunity to inform you of our initiative and to express
to you my gratitude for your cooperation and confidence throughout this two-decade-long journey; also to
express to you our commitment to continue fighting for the same standard of perfection whose goals are progress
